Academic Tutoring

Tutoring services are available at our center or in your home.

PSLLC’s learning specialists help students who face learning challenges as a result of Auditory Processing Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, Dyslexia, and Learning Disabilities. We also work with students who do not qualify for school services, yet still need help achieving academic success.

tutoring We will develop and implement a plan of action according to the student’s individual needs and learning style. The plan may be based on our evaluation, a review of outside evaluation reports and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), or both.

Our academic services include specialized reading programs such as Wilson Reading System®, Lindamood-Bell’s LiPS® and Visualizing and Verbalizing® as well as techniques to improve written expression, study and organizational skills.

For Homeschooled Children

If you teach your children at home, and have a struggling learner, PSLLC can serve as a consultant on issues related to speech-language, social and learning difficulties.
