Staff Highlights

We're proud to announce that Kathleen Scaler Scott is on sabbatical while she is working toward her Ph.D. in Speech Language Pathology.  We are fortunate to have Kathleen return periodically to evaluate and treat clients.

Mary Ann Raymond recently attended the International Adoption Workshop: How to Identify and Meet the Educational Needs of Internationally Adopted School-Age Children in Princeton, NJ.  In addition, she expanded her knowledge of NJ Special Education Law by attending a conference titled NJ Special Education After Reauthorization: What's New?  What's Not? 

Mary Ann Raymond continues to broaden her knowledge of intervention strategies for reading.  She recently attended the Reading, Fluency, The Double Deficit Hypothesis and New Intervention for Children with Reading Disorders conference.  She also attended the Comprehension Crossroads: Building Fluency and Vocabulary workshop. 

Lori Araten has attended the PROMPT Workshop which has broadened their knowledge and skills in the treatment of speech disorders. Lori Araten will be attending RDI®, a state of the art program, for the remediation of Autism with  interpersonal relationships.
